Construction implementation carried out by construction service providers is the stage of embodiment of planning documents into ready-to-use buildings such as work preparation, work execution, testing and delivery. The construction implementation service provider draws up construction implementation documents as documentation of all stages of construction implementation, the implementation phase is carried out after all documents in the work preparation stage are approved by the construction supervision service provider or construction management. The implementation stage of the work consists of the work on the lower structure, basement, upper structure, architectural and mechanical electrical piping. The construction supervision service provider must notify the Regional Government of the implementation of each stage of work through SIMBG. Even construction service providers cannot continue with the next work if the Regional Government has not declared an inspection and may continue. Construction supervision carried out by construction supervision service providers, namely:

• Supervision at the planning stage
• Supervision of construction preparations
• Supervision of the construction implementation stage up to the first handover of construction work
• Supervision of the construction work maintenance phase up to the final handover of construction work
