Government Levy
SLF levy is generally Rp 0
Especially for renewals with no physical changes. PP 16/2021 stipulates that SLF issuance incurs no government levy in certain issuance/renewal contexts (Article 276 paragraph 3 & Article 302 paragraph 3). The costs you pay are mostly technical assessor & consultant fees.
Regional Treasury
PBG levy is paid directly to the regional treasury
If your building does not yet have a PBG/IMB, a PBG levy applies per Badung Regency Regional Regulation, paid directly to the regional treasury — we do not handle it. For an initial simulation, use the official SIMBG levy calculator.
