PBG for buildings that are already standing — legalizing based on actual conditions on site.
PBG is the technical approval for a building. For existing buildings in Badung, JKK prepares evidence of actual condition, as-built drawings, technical assessment, and SIMBG assistance as part of the SLF process.

When It Is Needed
PBG for existing buildings is typically required when the building needs SLF but the underlying permits are not yet in order.
JKK focuses on legalizing existing structures in Badung Regency. If the building has not yet been constructed, the process is different and is not the focus of this service.
The building is already standing or already in use.
Legalization is needed because there is no PBG/IMB, old documents are lost, or the built condition differs from the original documents.
The building location and function need to be verified against spatial planning and technical regulations.
As-built drawings and technical assessment are prepared according to actual field conditions.
Workflow
PBG for existing buildings does not stand alone; the technical documents are built from field conditions.
The process is integrated with the SLF requirements so that the owner does not duplicate survey, drawing, and technical audit work.

Initial consultation
Check building status, function, location, existing permits, and initial risks via WhatsApp.

Survey & measurement
The team goes to the site to document the as-built condition and prepare as-built drawings.

Four-pillar technical assessment
Safety, health, comfort, and convenience are reviewed by certified personnel.

SIMBG input & processing
Technical documents are uploaded to SIMBG, including assistance during TPT/TPA hearings if required.

SLF/PBG issued
Official Pemkab documents are handed over after the process and all official obligations are fulfilled.
