Residential Building

SLF is valid for 20 years for residential properties. Still needs renewal after expiry.
Non-Residential Building

Commercial villas, hotels, restaurants, shop-houses, clinics, sports facilities — mandatory renewal every 5 years. Valid since the first SLF was issued.
Start the process before the validity period ends
Renewal is preceded by periodic inspection & fitness verification, so it takes time. Submit before your SLF validity period expires so the building does not operate without a valid SLF — risking administrative sanctions. The regulation does not set a fixed number of days; what matters is that the process starts early.

Check SLF Expiry Date

Building Condition Re-Assessment
Our team conducts a physical inspection of the building — structure, architecture, MEP, and fire protection — to ensure it still meets fitness standards. If improvements are needed, we recommend the most efficient solution.

Technical Assessment Report Preparation
The report is prepared in SIMBG format, signed by an IAI-licensed architect. This document serves as the basis for the SLF extension application.

Extension Submission via SIMBG
We submit the application based on periodic inspection and fitness verification, accompany the process at the relevant agency, and provide regular status updates via WhatsApp.

New SLF Issued
Once the process is complete, the SLF with a new validity period is handed over to you. Non-residential SLF is valid for 5 years from the new issuance date.
