Jiwa Karya Konsultan (JKK) is led by Ar. Ir. I Made Teguh Budiana, S.T., IAI — a licensed architect with Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI), holding an STRA, and supported by SBU LPJK and SKK for Building Worthiness Assessment. The team has handled permit projects since 2021; CV Jiwa Karya Konsultan has been a legally registered entity since August 2022.

We differ from typical "permit processing services": every technical task is grounded in genuine architectural expertise. Peraturan Gubernur Bali No. 34 Tahun 2023 on Architect Licensing requires licensed architects to handle technical drawings for permits in Bali — and JKK fully meets this requirement.

Our focus is clear: SLF for existing buildings in Kabupaten Badung. We handle single villas, multi-unit clusters, shop-houses, clinics, restaurants, sports facilities, and real estate developments — across South Bali's premium areas including Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Umalas, Jimbaran, and Uluwatu.

Ar. Ir. I Made Teguh Budiana, S.T., IAI is the Founder & Principal Architect of Jiwa Karya Konsultan (JKK), based in Canggu, Badung. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering and completed the Professional Engineer Program at Universitas Udayana.

As an architect, his authority is built not merely from design drawings, but from seeing a single building through multiple layers — from design concept, through regulation and legality, through construction, to on-site reality. This cross-layer experience is what makes him credible in guiding PBG and SLF processes: he understands the consequences of a design decision at every stage, not just on paper.

Teguh is registered as an architect through STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Arsitek) from Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI), and holds a Lisensi Arsitek Provinsi Bali from Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Provinsi Bali — a practice license requiring an active STRA to conduct PBG within Bali. He is also competency-certified as a Ahli Penilai Kelaikan Bangunan Gedung (Architecture and Exterior Spatial Aspects) and a Ahli Penilai Bangunan Hijau, both at Jenjang 9 (Expert) from BNSP — competencies directly relevant to the role of Pengkaji Teknis in the SLF issuance process.

He leads CV Jiwa Karya Konsultan, a legally registered business entity since August 2022 with a team that has assisted building permit processes in Badung since 2021. His work philosophy is JKK's guiding principle: drawings are promises — PBG tests that promise before construction, and SLF tests whether the standing building is truly fit for occupancy.
