PBG retribution is not the same as SLF
PP 16/2021 Article 276 paragraph (3) states that SLF issuance is free of charge. Article 302 paragraph (3) states that SLF extension is also free of charge. However, if an existing building does not yet have a PBG, the PBG process may incur official retribution fees calculated by the system.
